I had an unforgettable class that was “CERTI III in INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT, English and Employment Skill”. Teacher Julie taught us resume writing skill, communication skill in workplace, interview skill etc. She was kind, inclusive, approachable and warm heart teacher. I felt she was trying to teach us everything what she knows to let us have confidence in speaking with right pronunciation and grammar. It was lovely to have mock interview and feedback from her to adjust my interview skill.
