I’ve now had multiple extras purchased and fitted to my Volkswagen Multivan by the team and Alterpac and I couldn’t be happier. The level of knowledge and service from the guys on the front desk is something I find rare in any industry today. I had a small issue with one of my fit outs and the team were incredibly helpful and speedy to rectify the problem. Highly recommend.

This place sucks!! Every time I have contacted them, the staff are rude, they only want to sell certain brands and won’t put in any effort to finds alternate options.I seriously can’t understand how they have been so successful.Absolutely useless.

Tesla model 3.PPF application is very poor; no wrapped edges, many gaps with uneven spacing between them. I appreciate it is a very hard job to get right but I have seen way better results. Definitely not show room results.Tinting is of OK standard ie some tiny flaws are visible on the edges.Interior was left scuffed with mud and dirt afterwards. as if the installer had his boots all over the seats and door cards front and rear.Service was also a quite condescending from the staff. I was rushed through and felt as if I was more of a nuisance rather than a paying customer.I would withhold such a negative review if it were not for the terrible staff attitude.

I do not recommend this company. I took my car in for a window tint and they dented my bumper and denied it. I only just got the car and I am the only that has driven it before I took my car there. I spoke with the manager who said he would call me after asking his boys but never did. I called him the next day and he said his boys didn’t do it and he was rude. This is not true cause they were the only ones that ever drove the car aside me. They messed my car up. Do not take your car there.

I installed tint for my Audi with lifetime warranty. But when I went there with a fault they said they won’t cover and I need to pay to reinstall the tint. They were very rude and making simple /unnecessary excuses to avoid repair under warranty.

Price changed quotes on the day changed from the one given on the phone. Tinting looks fine except for all the finger marks and dried adhesive left all over the car. Very disappointed, Altapac use to be top quality and workmanship.

Had my 3 day old car in for tinting and when cleaning it a couple of days later I found 2 plastic panels around the rear window badly scratched. After chasing them up multiple times I was eventually told yes it had been damaged by them when applying the tint and they would replace the panels.
