Excellent garden supplies store that had the tuscany toppings I had been looking everywhere for. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The prices were also very good. An overall great experience thank you Flintstones Garden Supplies.

Appalling experience! Ordered brick sand and received triple washed paving sand. We are a 3 man crew with 50+ years combined experience in bricklaying, I think we can tell the difference! When I called to tell them that it wasn’t brick sand they tried to argue the point then refused to reimburse us for their mistake.

Poor customer service at the service desk, lack of courtesy and poor quality product.

This buisness does not accept cash , money is legal tender and only accept card payment. When l asked why l was told that they have been directed by head office inMelbourne not to accept cash, money , legal tender. Very disappointed in this company, which l now know is not a local Geelong owned company . therefore l went to Newcomb Sand and Soil who gladly accepts cash and was delighted to find were cheaper for same product . Also NSS are Geelong family owned busness . The covid excuse does not convince me , coles ,wooleys ,apco, post office , bank , post office, the list is too long , accept money legal tender . Maybe , and l say this without prejudice, head office in Melbourne whoever they are don't trust management of Flintstones in Geelong . One more suggestion to staff who deal with sales your company deals with dirt so you should know about washing hands .

Garden blend soil is rubbish. Hardly any organic material. 3 months on its just compacted to essentially sandy loam. Weeds throughout, srpouted early. Veggies and young fruit trees struggling due to soil density. Delivery was great. Disappointing quality.

Lovely staff, looking after tradies very well

I had heard good things about Flintstones, but am sorry to say that I found my experience with them appalling. I was oversupplied by 4 cubic metres of soil which was dumped in my yard blocking my rear access. I was then told that I would need to cart it back trailer load by trailer load if I was to be refunded anything at all. While doing this I was abused by one staff member for simply following the directions of another. This whole process was time consuming and immensely frustrating. Do yourself a favour and go to Danley or another local supplier for your soil and garden needs.
