I was served by Emily today . I have no idea if the girl was having a bad day or it had something to do with the colour of my skin but she did not greet me when I entered the store like I saw her do to all the other white girls who were also customers. I ignored that and went on to choose 5 earrings and brought them to the counter. She quickly wrapped them all in one tissue paper and put them in the small bag only asking me if I was paying by cash or card . Very unprofessional, firstly especially jewellery should be wrapped separately and neatly. Secondly, it does not hurt to smile or ask how someone’s day is going especially if they’ve purchased from you . Very poor customer service. Not going there again.

Absolutely lovely staff, especially the manager Badrya. I came in looking for a gift for a friend and she was incredibly helpful and patient. The store has a great range of jewelry for a really good price, will definitely be coming back!

Extremely happy with the service I was provided today at Lovisa :))I forgot the name of the girl but she was working on the 9th of January at about 10am. She was really nice and did a great job piercing my ears today. She supported me throughout the whole process and made me feel very special. Thank you so much again :)))

rude staff, one girl on her mobile, in stark contrast to Mecca Maxima which is only next door, where the service is exemplary. Suggest staff spend some time in there to learn proper customer service practices.

Terrible experience for piercing ears for the first time.The lady had shakey hands although she was young but I know she didn’t know what she was doing and she scratched my ears abd it turned red.After that I noticed she overcharged me and didn’t give me my receipt. It took forever to fix the problem and instead of returning my money she charged me again. Believe me she is a mess.Still my ear is recovering from the scars. The worst place to pierce your ears.

The staff there is amazing! Especially Badrya. Love her wit, honesty and recommendations. Walked in looking for some accessories for an event and Badrya was definitely an angel showing me which earrings/necklaces would suit me best for the event! Would definitely come back again. Cheers :)

I was trying to pick out my bridal party jewelry on Sunday 11 April, and not one of the three stylists welcomed me, or attempted to help me style.Being an ex-Lovisa member, that didn't sit well with me to begin with. After styling myself and three other bridesmaids, I went to the counter to find out if they had stock of another pair of earrings (with two on the floor). My conversation with the person was short and unhelpful. I asked if the jewelry was in the replenishment bag, or if a delivery is expected in the coming week.I can't wait to have my Pretty Woman" moment when I come back and say "Big Mistake". Cheers for giving a boost to your KPIs to your sister store xoxo"

I went to this store recently and had a great experience with the staff member on shift, Badrya. She was absolutely lovely and greeted me on arrival, asking if i needed any help. I told her i was looking for another pair of a particular type of earring from the shelf and she looked through all the stock for me and found the correct one. I am absolutely astounded by this level of customer service and i think she derserves some recognition for going above and beyond for me. Thank-you so much.

Hello! I am going to recommending this for any girls wanna a perfect experience on ear piercing! First a lady in black( my apologies on I did it ask for her name) she briefly introduce the package for the Christmas, and patient wait for us to choosing three earrings. Then is where the staff in shift, Maddy are patient and consider my emotion, which is I was little bit nervous on my second ear piercing. She let us to take our time and allow my friend to stay with me, and another lady product perform great when I ask something she is unsure about! Thankyou Maddddy✨ I would get another new one next time maybe!

I’m very disappointed. Today i was just at lovisa trying to buy some helix jewellery and i was abit confused on what the jewellery packet was so i asked the lady if this was for a helix peircing and she didn’t care at all she looked at me and said yeah then looked back down and she didn’t give me a receipt or bag and when i got in the car i opened it and it was a dermal peircing so now i can’t return it because she didn’t give me a receipt.Around 10am 6th January 2023 this lady was working. She didn’t give a care about anything in the world and didn’t even talk to her customers.
