I've been visiting Campsie library for decades now! It's changed so much, kids are so spoilt these days. Great study areas with a few meeting rooms.

Terrible customer service by angry asian aged lady who doesn’t know how to speak in a polite and good manner. Should have hired someone polite and not too old, Never seen such rude people at customer service in any other library.

The staffs in the counter are so noisy and talking so loud. You cant concentrate what you are doing. Library should be an area to relax and learn. Also, i saw a guy sleeping and snoring in the reading area. What a nice library isn't it. I hope the council will look into this.

One of the best library Ive been to. The layout of the library is good. Childrens area is quiet spacious. Lots of childrens book. Love it. JP is just in front so as the toilet very accessible. Staff are nice.

Have been there a few times no matter in the early morning, afternoon or evening. It was quite good experiences when I was there in the evening to do some printing and photocopying, the staff members was helpful and polite. But I started to go in the morning and afternoon recently, which is totally different experiences from the previous experiences. There were quiet share rooms for study but most of the time it seem like is a chitchatting room for people. I even experienced someone sitting around me was playing their phone and watching videos with no headphones/earphones on!There were a group of teenagers hanging around the library and went in one of the quiet share study room and went crazy in there one day. I was sitting outside where between the two study room doing my work and suddenly hear lots of noise and realised it was from them. They were banging the door, running in and out, laughing at each other while the door is opened. Everyone was looking at them but they just don't care at all, and also they were yelling from the room to the common areas. What a shame when none of the staff member approached them and ask them to be quiet or to leave the premise. Also, in my mind, as soon as you pop in a library you need to shut your mouth, and put your devices in silent. But seem like not much people realised this, as I can hear lots of conversations, sounds from games and notifications from the phones. There were also lots of children running around or playing their devices or yelling at their parents to bring them home. More like a playground instead of library.

Arrived at the library 10 minutes before close and they wouldn’t let me in to scan one page, saying they were closed.

Caters for children. Has rooms for adult learning. Plenty of computers and books to choose from. Plenty of seating to relax and read a favourite book and let the kids sit and relax with you. They also have sessions for young children, racing and games.
