It wasn't busy at all, there were just two customers waiting after me inspite of that the lady who did my threading was rushing into it, once she finished she straight away got the after lotion without asking me if i even wanted the lotion or was I even happy with the work which i wasn't there were plenty of tiny hair still remaining. When i brought this to her notice she had already moved onto another customer (even though it wasn't busy, and while my work was still incomplete). I've been to this place several times before and the service has been quite nice, but today was a total disappointment.

Walked in today for the first time for brow threading and tint. They were very fast, I was out in under 15 minutes and love the shape and tint! Also very reasonably priced. Will definitely come back :)

Really bad service and rude employee. The employee “Ritee” hurt my upper eye skin. She even not apologies her fault and said it is normal and was really rude to ask me to leave the site only because she wanted to get more customers. My upper eye skin still gets the scar a the moment. I am super disappointment about the service.

These girls are always fantastic. $12 for threading and you are in and out in 5 minutes. On a weekend they will have 3-4 girls on so there is no wait time. Bhupinder kaur looked after me today and she was fabulous!

Sometimes you need to slow down so that an experience is less unpleasant for a customer. I struggled with the pain of threading longer facial hairs. Discovered a stripe of hair remained next time I saw close up into a mirror in good lighting.Provider was pleasant & kind, but clearly not educated in minimising discomfort with simple cold water in cotton pads.

I went at 6.26 pm on 28 January 2023. Horrible and pathetic service by the lady who threaded my eyebrows and upper lip. She was so rough on my face and extremely discourteous. I asked her to slow down and to do it gently but she proceeded to be rough anyways and she cut my skin. There was blood on my upper lip. She never even apologised.When I asked her for her name, she answered with a I don't know". Safe to say she knew I was going to report her.Stop treating your customers like a little guinea pigs! It's disgusting the way y'all treat people."

She took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns and the services are done in no time, faster and quality services. From a decent brow bar to now the worst. The new lady who did brows was unprofessional. Did not listen to my request. Asking her for adjustment after to make them even, met with conflict. Had to ask a few times and had to show her my brows were uneven, before she fix them. She was rather rough pushing my head around. Also the aloe vera gel fell on the table. Rather than getting me a new clean one she just wipes it off the table and rubs it on my eyebrows?! Unhygienic…Warning for others to not come here. From best $6 price to now $18 with unprofessional staff now. It’s not worth it.
