Absolutely perfect stay for the 2022 winter opening season at The Eastern!From the minute you walk in the experience is simple and relaxing. Loved the convenience of the bus stop to the slopes and short walk into the main village for drinks at night.The outlook was perfect to watch the first runs of the season and fireworks later in the evening too.And my favourite part, the absolutely epic bath at the end of a long day skiing could not have been better!!Only thing is make sure you get there early to score an overnight park nearby the apartment, this does fill up quickly but still convenient to be able to unload/repack in the loading zone.

What an incredible experience. The place is gorgeous - so well designed and appointed, and yet it’s so inviting and comfortable. Such a convenient spot right near the free shuttle to the slopes and lets you really immerse yourself in Thredbo. Everything felt premium and we will definitely be back!

My Husband And I wanted to stay somewhere cozy and quaint for our First wedding Anniversary getaway. The Eastern was the perfect combination of this. The view from the balcony was the perfect way to wake up each morning and the little comforts including the heated bathroom floors made for a truly relaxing stay. The decor was stunning yet simple and the space was easily accessible from the car as well as the village eateries. Thouraly enjoyed our stay!

My recent stay at the Eastern was positively delightful! The location is amazing. The Thredbo River is at your doorstep, with the balcony the perfect place to savour the sounds of the river and the view up the mountain.Monique has done a fabulous job on the interiors. Tasteful, minimal and clean Scandi lines. Nothing to distract from the view. Every amenity needed was on hand and the bath was the perfect cure to post hiking aches and pains.I would definitely stay here again. Very attentive communication and the digital entry door and in-house aircon features were so convenient. Great location at the quiet end of the village.

The Eastern Thredbo Village
We absolutely loved our time spent in the Cedar Cabin. The secluded location overlooking the Thredbo river was ideal (and still close enough to walk to the Gondola). The cabin was stylishly appointed for a super clean look, yet still contained everything we needed and after a full day on the mountain, the onsen was an incredible way to wind down! Monique was a great host and we cannot wait to return.

Beautiful spot in Thredbo with a lovely view of the mountains and relaxing sounds of the river. I loved all the gorgeous aesthetic touches from the furniture to the carefully curated books. And that bathtub with beautiful tiles ... ❤️❤️ Would gladly from home here if given the chance!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cedar Cabin, it has a beautiful warm feel that makes you feel right at home from the second you walk in. We booked it for somewhere special to stay for our elopement and it was the perfect retreat! Not the mention the huge bath which was an absolute delight after a day of skiing.Easily the most beautiful and luxurious place to stay in Thredbo and the host was also very responsive and incredibly helpful.Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be staying again!

The Eastern Thredbo Village
We stayed at The Eastern in February and absolutely loved our stay. Set right in the heart of Thredbo so just a short walk into the village and the chairlifts. It isn't just located in a beautiful part of Australia the apartment is stunning! Walking in you automatically feel relaxed and like you have walked into something out of a design magazine. Beautiful decorated and has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. We loved our stay there and will 110% be back there in the future.

The Eastern Thredbo Village
The Eastern is a brilliant apartment for an alpine getaway. We stayed for two night and we're already locking in dates for my next stay.The apartment is less then 5min walk to the village bars and restaurants and only a 3min walk from the car park. The photo's online are stunning and our expectations were still exceeded when arriving, and the views are second to none. I cannot recommend The Eastern highly enough.Monique was so responsive to our questions and accommodating to our requests. Thanks Monique, can’t wait till our next weekend at The Eastern!
