Elements of Byron

Such an amazing place to stay, highly recommend. Great location, very short walk to the beach, and amazing pool for the kids and an epic adults pool area. The rooms are fantastic, very modern and spacious.

An absolute must for a romantic getaway. Rooms immaculate, facilities great, restaurant food and service first class.2 Pools, one for Families and one for adults(this was fun).. Staff overall were happy, polite and helpful, a great culture.Blokes, secretely book this place and impress the wife with how romantic you are.Quick walk to the train for a day trip to Byron. ($5pp each way)You really don't need to leave the resort as everything is available.We really enjoyed the stay.The only negative (drinks), a bit pricey so bring plenty of money.

I recently stayed at Elements in Byron Bay and was blown away by the amazing service. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The resort also had a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. But what really made my stay so special was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed, they were always happy to assist. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Byron Bay. The service is truly top-notch and will make your stay truly unforgettable.Thank you.

Best holiday we’ve had in Australia. The staff were 1st class. The villas were super clean and very spacious. The pool is enormous, the kids and I loved it. The best thing here is the number of pool lounges and cabanas - plenty for everyone without any morning cabana angst of missing out on grabbing one. The resort is removed from the town centre on the edge of the industrial park (which’ is choc full of good coffee spots, clothing boutiques and restaurants). This resort will be hard to beat.

We had a wonderful stay for our friends 30th. All the facilities are immaculate & the staff are wonderful. Amy at the front desk was especially helpful with recommendations, local insight & overall friendliness. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Elements in May for 9 nights. The resort was very quiet during the week and much busier over the weekend period.SERVICEWe found the service to be very hit and miss and there was no consistency, especially for a “5 Star” resort. Overall the majority of staff were extremely friendly and helpful, however, many instances we were left very unimpressed. There were several times were we would wait for long periods to order at the bar or be seated at the restaurant while staff do not acknowledge your waiting, chat and do other tasks when the restaurant/bar is virtually empty. One particular instance was very frustrating when we arrived to breakfast at 7:10am to be seated, only 1 table in the restaurant was occupied, around 5 staff were huddled around a table chatting; they looked at us, said nothing and continued. We went to take a seat as no one was obviously coming to seat us and we’re asked to please wait to be seated, to which I advised we had and the manager said “sorry we were having a team meeting.” For a 5-star resort you would think staff would have their team meetings prior to 7am when the restaurant opens for service, or at least acknowledge you and say “I’ll be with your shortly.”FOODWe found the food quality great overall and fairly well priced for a resort. The coffee is amazing. We did however received an in-room dining meal 45min late even after booking it an hour in advance. To their credit, a manager did remove this from our bill.LOCATION & FACILITIESThe location was great and the facilities were very well maintained. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, as well as morning yoga.ROOMSWe stayed in the Deluxe Villa which we were underwhelmed by overall. The website photos are well photographed and the rooms feel less cosy. The accent/mood lighting was stark white in colour making it feel like a medical clinic, and the room needs some TLC (curtains are hard to operate / falling apart, cabinetry doors bang and scrape, and we had to ask someone to come WD40 a really creaky bedroom door). We also found the rooms get extremely cold at night. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the suite, especially with an 8-month old baby. The separate kitchen, laundry and living area made our longer stay very easy with nap times.PRICEWe thought our room price + inclusions provided fair value for money. However, we were staying during a quiet period and would love to see some improvements made to the rooms and service.SUMMARYOverall we enjoyed our stay and experience and found it very relaxing and convenient, however, we did have a few negative experiences over the time and think improvements need to me made to consider this a “5-Star Resort” especially considering we stayed during a quiet time.

Absolute class. Stunning location, incredible room, and the most beautiful property to immerse yourself in for a few days. Service was wonderful (and the maintenance guy sent to fix the washing machine was spunky!), pools were perfect, and the bush walks and beach location was second to none. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This was truely a fabulous getaway for friends to catch up and recharge relaxing at the Spa. All the staff were welcoming offering great service.There isn’t anything missing from this experience, it’s calming and tranquil.Thank You! Elements of Byron!!

Absolutely insane! The English language doesn’t contain suitable words to describe how incredible my stay was at Elements. From the service of the staff, to the layout of the hotel, to the complimentary yoga classes, to the top tier dining experience, I am overwhelmed. My stay with Momentum was absolutely delightful. I have never stayed at a more inclusive, welcoming place.The STAFF were an absolute standout. Every time I passed a staff member, they would take the time to make eye contact, smile, and say hello! This is rare. They assume the best and are always ready to help.The SPACE was incredible and I’ve never been more comfortable in a hotel. The bed was extremely comfy, and I hope one day I can bring my wife with me to Elements, to enjoy a stay together. It was lovely with the company, but it would be special to share the experience of the space with my wife. From the bath, to the balcony, I felt very blessed to be enjoying the space.The YOGA! The yoga instructors were sooo fun! I was so glad to finally be able to do some yoga with proper guidance, and what a place to do it! The beachfront was so pretty, and I learnt a lot about my mind and my body.The FOOD! The food was absolutely delightful and I enjoyed every moment of dining in. The breakfast was outstanding - I had the smashed avo every day, and was overwhelmed with how good the quality was. Not to mention the lovely staff - caring about us and giving us advice even so early in the day!I will be forever grateful for my time at Elements. It was the most outstanding experience of a stay. It was a great place to get to know colleagues and enjoy reflecting together on our work. One day I would so love to bring my wife to elements and enjoy a few nights together, there’s so much I wish we could’ve shared together. She would love it!!Thank you for your hard work and care for your guests, you really made me feel welcome, considered, special and rested. You guys are brilliant. Keep it up.

What a way to celebrate a 30th. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Elements provided an unforgettable experience with their limitless offerings and touch of elegance. Only issue was we didn’t get to stay longer, but we will be back again soon.
