Sent my saw in for repair 4 months ago and still haven't received it, always the same excuse that Makita is investigating where my saw is. The dispute between the store and Makita has nothing to do with me, I should be provided with a full refund or new saw instead I have to call 3 times a week for the same response and sometimes not even a call back at all. Really disappointing.

definitely not the best total tools store ive been to , some of the younger staff no problem with and seem to know their sh*t but the older staff are rude. i dont mind coming in there for small items , but larger purchases i will continue to go to other stores, even sydney tools next door to epping total tools offers better service

I bought the Bosch drill online and got it delivered. I went to the store the next day but they didn’t take the drill back for a refund saying that it’s wasn’t purchased from this store. Hellooo it’s an online purchase, I don’t choose which store the item is coming from. Your refund policy online says that you can take it to any store! Total Tools, your customer service is very unprofessional. You’ve lost a customer, I’m not buying anything else from Total Tools again. There are more professional tools companies out there.

The service provide by Adam was fantastic. Have repeatedly come back to this store, even if it’s further away, because of the friendly, energetic and knowledgeable service provided by him.Products and store are also high quality and very well maintained.

Worst tool shop EVER. Workers are rude, unhelpful and useless. The company is more worried about taking your money than individually helping us customers into finding what we need- (what happened to customers come first right?) The store has low product and everything has to be on order with a huge turn around time.I seen a young worker guy with a name badge Angus constantly putting gum in his mouth for the 5 minutes I was waiting to be served he put about 8 pieces of gum in his mouth.Another staff member an elderly lady which you cannot understand at allDefinitely will not be shopping here or at any Total Tools EVER again and won’t be reccomending to my friends and family either. People’s definitely go to Sydney Tools- you won’t be disappointed there, cheaper prices and genuine quaility service

It's been nearly 2 month waiting for in store order I purchased paying $2500 bucks for a milwaukee and kincrome kits. I don't even get any emails, calls or texts to tell me where my stuff is. I had to rang up to find out it and they told me they don't know when the stuff will be ready? Well the following day nothing at all, no calls or anything to notify me the where about of my stuff. After 1 week I rang up again and they said, still they're unsure where it is. And then I got a call after few days and they said they received incomplete items if you want to pick up come to the store, even they have mentioned free delivery and i asked about the delivery they said it takes around 2-3 weeks more, uff?? Still waiting for my stuff!!! don't know how long? The worst tool shop ever I have seen.
