Have had a great experience with Westside from the first contact with Amity who spent loads of time with myself and my wife on the phone going through everything.She is a really great person to help you through any issues and lovely to speak with.Paul was are sales guy who was very spot on with what we needed and helped us achieve some great savings on are system. Install and the rest from there was just as smooth as I was hoping and we are very happy. I've referred them on to friends and have had $100 sent to me as a thankyou great way to look after your customers.

Absolutely an easy process arranging Solar installation through Westside Energy. This was my second house that Westside have installed solar. The staff were friendly, polite and easy to contact. They kept me informed and installation was quick and on time. It's good to know that they will be available in the long term as well. Very pleased with the cost too.

We got quotes and consultations from many solar providers, none of them came close to comparing to Westside Energy in terms of professionalism and customer care.Initial home consult with Roland was friendly, informative, insightful, and came with a highly-competitive price that sealed the deal. Installation was booked and carried out within just two weeks by two of the nicest blokes I've ever met. The panels look spectacular, we couldn't be happier.

This is the second time we have used Westside Energy as our previous experience was good.Someone came out to the house to discuss system and run through potential savings and costs which was better than others who provided a standard quote over the phone. Fella was very responsive to questions from both myself and my wife. Final quote was not the cheapest or the most expensive but was the best all round quote using good quality components. Final system was 10.7kw through 8.2kw inverter. Install was smooth and fast.System monitoring had a few teething issues that were eventually sorted out. Not sure those issues warrent losing a full star but I can't give 4.5 stars.

Troy was extremely helpful and informative when we were in the process of obtaining Solar quotes. He was very patient and answered all my questions. My mother in law recommended this company to me and has nothing but high praise for the work they did on her home. I have no hesitation in recommending Troy, and this company to anyone looking for Solar.

Amazing Service, Roland the Energy Consultant was very informative and explained everything in a manner I could understand. He quoted me immediately, he was not pushy which I cant say for other companies I received quotes from. Once I decided the installation of the solar panels was done quickly with friendly and helpful installers. I highly recommend Westside Energy, a great company.
