Handy to access , dropped in a bracelet to be engraved, the guy gave me excellent suggestions, giving me the maximum words for the best cost . The writing was lovely and I was able to do other shopping while I waited

Started out alright, getting 5-6 keys cut, was told it was going to be 5 or so minutes - fine.Came back much later, keys chucked on the counter, not handed to me, barely anything said & no small ring to fit them on to keep together. A box of them was visible nearby but there was no offer or question about whether I wanted one, so not particularly considerate.Had to put them in the coin section of my wallet, to keep them together. Want to sell me a keyring? Apparently not.

I went to Mr Minit today with the goal to get a new auto unlocking device for my car other than my key. I had an idea of what I wanted and the budget, but after speaking to the gentleman who served me there, he recommended something a little different that would work out better.I took his professional advice and he took the time to reconfigure the broken auto unlocking device that I had (renewing the battery) as well as fixing my key with another auto unlocking device (so as not to wear out my master key in case I need one cut later on).During a crazy Easter Saturday in Kotara, he fixed it all for me and also came to my car and configured it, all under the price I was anticipating to pay! Service was professional patient, friendly and great advice was given. This is what is commonly lacking in face to face shopping (and online).So thank you so very much for your help today!

After a bad engraving job done on baby broach at Wallsend with John, and not knowing we're Steve was I phoned Cameron at Jesmond.Finally got to Steve at Kotara & had to re buy the item from Angus & coote got refund from Steve & he in graved the broach for me.So please less stress now my trip to Germany will be happy to see my 1st grandchild.Thanks Charmain Rendell

Steve, Julie + Team are the absolute BEST in the business.I first started seeing Steve about 7 years ago when I asked if he would engrave on special champagne bottles for some of my clients. I think we have just finished out 100th bottle!!!Nothing is ever an issue, their work is absolute perfection and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Shoe repair done by John led to both heels breaking off while walking in them, repaired again by John after being told it was my 'bad luck'. Wore once after repair & a screw in the heel is pushing up into my foot. May as well throw the shoes in the bin.

John was really friendly and was a fantastic help, thank you so much!!
