SHOCKING SERVICE, Cheaper to shop elsewere.They say sorry now to look competent here, after ongoing abuse which was uncalled for.They say 1st delivery they say courier lost but couldnt give tracking number for 1st. RUBBISH!!!! Incompetent and confused about what they are doing with online orders. One star is to high . Fraudulent and dishonest business .customers.We Dont respond to abuse ,they should know this in business. such lies.unprofessional. Item still sits at our front door, I do not own it or take any responsibility for it now. payed $250 for ducted vac hose which wasn't sent weeks after ordering.Double talk, lies form company ,and i didnt know why. Ongoing confrontational,abusive emails from them .. , They did refunded me via Paypal intervention,THEN they sent item AFTER i was refunded , sending yelling and abusive emails saying now pay up. CRAZY !!!! .Constantly pushing for me to revise this feedback , instead of offering to sort out their mistakes or some kind of polite explanation,and send what i had payed for, they opted for abuse and threats.we just ask politie question asking about item not received many weeks after ordering.These People should not be dealing with the public.!!!! Learn how Paypal refund intervention is a request and this works helping buyers AND sellers sort things out. .I do ignore abusive emails and phone calls from ignorant abusive individuals.This is my choice.You sent the refund voluntarily to Paypal then the hose AFTER refund and expect payment after all the abuse from you and for us to organise a return courier. Pick it up at front door if you want it back I am not paying for courier.

Called in as I had an old Miele vacuum. Service was great. Polite staff, clean, prompt service and saved my buying a new machine. Thank you

I really appreciated that the sales person spent time with us to work out which one was best for our needs which other vac shops didn't do. The vac was a really good price too.He was also able to recommend a mop which was perfect for our jobs. Both these purchases will save us a lot of time.Thanks Vac City. We will be back.

I tried to get a filter for my old vacuum cleaner. Many just put my request into the too hard basket. Vac City actually researched & found the correct filter. My cleaner now works as good as new. Thank you Vac City.

Purchased two packs of vacuum bags, unfortunately, Australia Post lost them in transit. David was very helpful and sent out replacements once it was confirmed Australia Post lost it.I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews for this shop. All I can say is, don’t believe everything you read!

Disgusting service. I have been waiting months and months for a refund of just over $200. They have the item back but refuses to complete refund. Dave started off extremely helpful until he sent wrong part and refused to admit it was wrong. So now he is being defiant and stubborn and keeping my money. I have to do all the effort of taking them to court for a couple of hundred dollars. Ridiculous, unaustralian and a disgusting thing to do to a pensioner that battles for money. Big fancy company keeping a pensioners money. Disgusting.

Vac City have repaired my Dyson V11 vacuum on 3 occasions. Each repair was for a different issue and all were carried out quickly and effectively. Based on my experience I can recommend this business for the repair of any vacuum cleaner.
