Lease A Property
Marc’s service in leasing my property out in Footscray was second to none. Highly personable, always transparent, responsively on the ball and impartial. Over the 7 year leasing relationship I now value Marc as a friend. I’ve since sold however if I was to have another investment property there is no one else I’ll want to take care of the lease.

Have been renting with Marc @ Lease a Property for the past 2+ years. Have always found Marc to be responsive and empathetic when my income situation changed because of COVID. He took the time to listen but I also understood he had his landlords wishes to be met. I only wish there were more gentlemen in the Real Estate industry like Marc

I've had such a great experience with Lease A Property. Marc is responsive, kind, and has a sense of humour. They manage the whole building that I live in, and always help fix things if I need, get back to me quickly, and are really friendly. Sometimes as a renter you don't feel looked after, but with Lease A Property, it's different. I've always felt valued.

I rented through Lease a Property for over a year, they were extremely friendly and approachable from the very first inspection. They made our transition into the property very easy and even gave us a little welcome pack which was very thoughtful and unexpected. If there were ever any concerns s about the property, I was able to call and someone would be out within a day or 2 to rectify it for me. I can't speak highly enough of Lease a Property, and in particular, of Marc. When my current lease is up Lease a Property will be the first agency I turn to.

Marc has been a wonderful property manager since we started renting through Lease a Property 3 years ago. The house we're living in is old so there have been a number of repairs needed over the years; Marc always responds promptly and organises whatever we need.
