Burwood Dental Care - Dentist Burwood

Taken my wife here a few times recently. Perhaps my wife's fault for being impressionable, but first went in for a consultation for an extraction. Was told to do a root canal instead, and had it done that day WITHOUT discussing cost first. Was told to book another appointment for checking the root canal and cleaning, was NOT told we would be paying for this consultation. Root canal did not heal, and returned for another consultation, this time was quoted a price for an extraction on another problematic tooth, and was told would receive discount for extracting the tooth with the failed root canal. Made an appointment which was then forcibly moved due to COVID lockdown restrictions, and then was forcibly cancelled the next day despite being an emergency treatment. Finally rebooked, had the tooth with the failed root canal, and was charged more than quoted price WITHOUT discount.Service, aside from persuading my wife to undertake two unwanted procedures has been fine, staff have all been lovely to deal with aside from our appointment being cancelled for no reason. I'm sure the establishment is full of lovely people, but with how we have wound up spending WAY more time, energy, and money on dealing with just ONE tooth, we will NOT be returning. Wife has another tooth that will need treatment soon, and we will be looking elsewhere.

Dentist Phil was amazing he was very precise and cleaned my teeth perfectly without feeling uncomfortable. Also took time to educated me on oral hygiene like flossing. The whole experience was great I will come back again. Also Sam the receptionist was so kind and loving to helping us.

Highly recommended. I had a mortal fear for dentists and my teeth was so misaligned because I avoided going dentists. Dr. Asha put me at ease from the moment in walked in and did an amazing job in making my smile beautiful. Now I can smile again with confidence. This is the place to go for dental work.

Had an amazing experience on my first visit.Dr. Ash and her team are very professional and considerate. Dr. Ash explained entire treatment procedure in a simple manner for my understanding. The treatment went very smoothly and the affected tooth feels good as new.

I had fillings done by Dr. Phil today. He was very caring, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail with photos and even drawings to help me understand my predicament. From there, I knew that I’m in good hands and he only had my best interest at heart. I would recommended this dentist and this clinic to anyone. Absolutely amazing experience!!!

The team at Burwood Dental Care were fantastic. My first visit was an emergency removal of a tooth and drainage of an abscess. I was very anxious about sitting in a dentist chair as it had been so long. I Had no reason to worry once Dr Ash and her professional knowledge took over. She went about the work she had to do with minimal pain and stress. I booked in prior to Christmas 2021. Everywhere else was booked out and Burwood Dental Care got me in very quickly. Staff were so nice and professional. Dr. Ash was amazing giving me, perfect advice for looking after my teeth for the future. I came in for a clean and she was very gentle and took alot of care towards my teeth. Beautiful place, great vibes and would come back 10/10. Will now become a regular and suggest to friends.

I have had SUCH a great experience with the team At Burwood Dental Care. Cannot thank them enough. I decided to go for porcelain veneers instead of composites and couldn't be happier with the final result. I was insanely nervous leading up to the procedure but the whole team including Dr Ash were very accommodating and addressed all my concerns. The only issue i had was that I didn't like the colour of my temporary veneers as they seemed too yellow but the staff did their best to reassure me and put any concerns I had to ease. The receptionist followed up with me everytime after each appointment to make sure i was doing ok. I am really happy with the colour of my porcelain veneers and always get complimented on a daily basis on how white my teeth look and most people don't even realise that they are not my teeth because they look so natural.
