Majestic Chinese Restaurant
To be honest food was ok. Containers were just over half full. Spring rolls, Terrible. Prices, not true to website. Person on the phone after I called back said that prices had changed and that it wasn't their website???? I got the phone number from the menu and website direct. Price difference for two mains (1x combo meat and 1x veg), two spring rolls and 2 rice sides was $48 calculated from menu to pick up of $72. Won't be back.

Ordered sweet and sour pork got no veggies ordered beef in black bean and they didn't fill the container charged me $58 absolutely ripped off won't be going back

Majestic Chinese Restaurant
I thought we would give this place a chance regardless of the reviews. Should have listened to the reviews and not bothered. This is definitely nowhere near close to being authentic Chinese cuisine. The prices were steep but we thought that maybe the serves would be generous, but we were wrong. If you are eating in it might be hard to judge the amount of food you receive but when it’s take away I think it’s fair to expect that at the very least the container would be full to capacity. It seems as though this is a bit much to ask. The meals were so sparsely packed in, that there was at least a 15mm gap of nothing but air in each. What they call a large Special Fried Rice barely registers as a small in any other Restaurant. The food was edible but the flavours were at best remnants of what they should be. The price is double what I would pay at any authentic restaurant and really the whole experience was a huge let down. Please listen to the reviews and don’t feel obligated to give this place a chance. If you do you will just be left disappointed and definitely lighter in your wallet.

Been coming here for about a year and always had good food although very expensive.Tody got a takeaway after not eating here in a couple months and it was absolutely ridiculous.The food was bland in general, sauces watery and the most disappointing thing was the size of the meals has been near enough cut in half!!All in it was disastrous, for 2 mains, 2 rice's and a soup paying $80 and getting half of wht you use to get is just not good.Won't be eating there again and if you are reading this I would avoid the disappointment.

Had honey pepper chicken hotplate and beef with blackbean sauce. My wife and I really enjoyed it all was a very laid back place and food came quick. Also got a huge menu.

Majestic Chinese Restaurant
What a let down. We called in for an impromptu Saturday night dinner with our 13 and 2 year olds. Table cloths and chairs were filthy. Other tables that ordered after us got their meals first and we waited an hour for our mains…. I’d hate to see how the place performs when it’s actually busy as the restaurant was only half full.Really over priced - we could have eaten at the pub or a fancy restaurant for nearly the same price.After such average service they then had the nerve to charge us for takeaway containers at $1 a pop (we were over the need for dinner after waiting so long)…I hate to be a ‘Karen’ but I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend. Luckily the food was ‘ok’ but that’s about all the place has going for it.

Heard some good reviews but not sure why, take away prices are ridiculous and all food was only just edible, “large” special fried rice was sticky and very bland and if you took out the peas it had very little else in it apart from rice, honey chicken tasted like lemon sauce with honey in it, $8 beef satay sticks (2) were incredibly small and overcooked and were like leather boots. Will never go there again

Sadly the beef and prawn meals ordered with vegetables were a let down. Vegies soaked in water for days tend to have a funky taste. I didn't pay the meals.

A 3.9 star Google reviews says it all! Although the chef is from Malaysia, his cooking style had no hints of an authentic “Malaysian Chinese chef”. Don’t get me wrong - it is not a Malaysian Chinese restaurant after all. The food is edible and acceptable by general western standards but a little let down by general “Chinese restaurant” standards. The fish dishes are cooked using fillet cuts and not using the whole fish (most authentic Chinese restaurants give the whole fish, unless otherwise stated) but what was featured on the menu is a picture of a fish dish (under the fish category), with the whole fish being served. A little confusing, but we checked this with the Caucasian owner, who clarified this & agreed that it was also misleading. I also observed from the menu, and I suspect that the various sauces are pre-prepared in advance and whatever choice of meat you select, it is fried with the sauce of your choice, just like how most Asian take-aways (non-dine-in) do. Surely and hopefully, you wouldn’t expect this from a “restaurant”, as the prices charged are not “take-away” prices. However, the service was good and the front-of-house staffs were attentive. The decor looked quite authentic for a Chinese restaurant. Personally, my food expectations does not match with the detail of decor the restaurant had. A 3 star rating is a fair rating for the food quality but I will give a 5 star for the decor and an almost 5 star for the service.
