Since my regular GP here left the practice without warning or explanation, I've had to bounce from doctor to doctor, each experience more uncomfortable than the last. One (after arguing with me about my name) outright dismissed my symptoms as mental health related/somatic without even asking my history, my conditions, or why the previous GP had sent me for imaging.It seems like a minor thing, but worth adding for those who might need it: While the booking form allows for a person to specify their gender, in my experience this information is largely ignored, if it's noticed at all.

Multiple doctors running 40-45 minutes late for appointments at the same time, and it was still early morning. Doctor didn’t seem too confident, repeating the same basic questions multiple times and not remembering my answers. Didn’t apologise for such a long wait either. The initial receptionist we saw wasn’t exactly friendly but the ones we saw later in the experience were nicer.

Erin at reception made everything really easy for us and explained everything. The Dr I seen was fantastic great bead side manner,listened and talked us through our concerns and was just wonderful. We have made this our new drs practice. Thank you Erin for making me feel so comfortable

I would avoid coming here at all costs. The reception staff (Erin in particular) are judgmental and lack any empathy or professionalism. The doctors keep leaving the practice. It’s impossible to get appointments and when you do you always have to wait at least 40minutes past the appointment time. While waiting you have to listen to the receptionist moan and complain about patients.

Highly recommend Dr Nzi. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Also has an excellent bedside manner is one of the nicest GPs I’ve met.
