Boat, Bike & Paddle Hire Central Coast

Appalling effort from staff! We came yesterday to enquire about hiring a small boat and was told to come back at 2. After travelling to get there at 2 we then got turned over and refused entry to the boat and had the manager yell at me and my wife. Completely appalling effort would not step foot in the store again. 28.5.23

We are beginners and we went there to hire standing paddles. They were so nice and patient and they took care of us to make sure that we are enjoying from our time. There is no doubt that they are FIVE starts.

Fantastic customer service with a clean and well maintained BBQ pontoon boat. Will need to book for a longer trip next time! The whole family had a great day out and will definitely be returning again.

A wonderful experience diving into the beach off the back of the boat in our own secluded spots! Three of us hired a cute, CLEAN and well maintained boat to coast around for just over 5 hours. Staff were super attentive, informative and welcoming , thoroughly explaining how to best use the boat. Definitely worth the drive from Sydney to spend the day on the water. Take a picnic, anchor around and enjoy the simple things in life

we hired a 12pax bbq boat.....everything was nice and clean.....we gave them a really short notice like 30mins and they organised it for us...the boats are easy to steer around...had a working Bluetooth stereo..the gas bbq cooker is great.....toilet was clean....everything was perfect....Shane was our host and he is the most calm and nicest bloke i have ever come across.....so soft spoken and clear with his instructions and just makes your day....we took a wrong turn and he was patient enough to guide us through as we had no idea how the map worked even when he showed it to us before we left......thank you so much Shanedefinitely recommend this place and we will be back

We have enjoyed their service same time last year. But NOT so much this time. One advice for the young male staff with pony tail, “ get yourself another job if you don’t have patience,WE ARE NOT PAYING MONEY TO GET YELLED AT”Being a customer for years I can totally tell he was not patient during the safety instructions, as well as during departure. During departure, there is no way the boat is gonna collide with other vessels, the boat was running towards the dock bumper, there was no other vessel around.The reason I didn’t raise this issue with the management is because we simply didn’t wanna ruin the whole trip.Again, used to be great experience. Not so much this time with one particular employee.

Amazing boat hire operation that goes over and above. Just hired a BBQ boat and a runabout for 7 hours (we have been here many times) and as usual, they over delivered in terms of their service even running one of our families who were running late out to us and charging our lights while out in the boats. Fantastic.
