Enjoy shopping here. In fact I prefer travelling further to this store than Rouse Hill. I used to order my home delivery from here too. And I have written many time to Woolworths headquarters about how I love this shop. Especially the store managers.Today though, I had the 'most' 'unfriendliest' check out person I have ever met is still an understatement. Her name tag says Chandra. No smile. Exudes negative energy ... Like she doesn't want to be there. I still smiled and said hello to her.She didn't care how to pack the bags until she saw me rearranging the first bag. I just bought a $25 drink bottle and I want it placed in the bag properly please. I don't want it broken even before my child use it. Goodness gracious! Very unhappy today with the service.

Very close to community hub in Ponds. I was as the event so didn't face any problem to get snacks/food. Overall good experience.

True to its reputation,a well laid out mart for provisions, bakery, butchery, frozen foods, toiletries, cleaning ,soaps, Indian savouries, Soth Eastern delicacies. Big parking,self checkout counters. Nice experience.

As you can tell from the pics, this Woolies covers almost “everything” in every section. It’s one of the best Woolies I’ve seen. But honestly, with staffs, one of the worst Woolies too. Here, apart from one or two, barely any staff will answer your thank you, good night, etc. they don’t even reply if you smile. As a customer honestly, service is equally important as things. So yeah, consider if you want. Thanks

This is a good size store and has plenty of parking.All the products you need and expect from a supermarket.Big flowers display for mother's day.Clean store and friendly staff.

Mouldy food. I’m serious, and you can see from the photo that it is actually black mould. Ordered online and the food came from this store. I was able to sort it out online but when I called the store to let them know they trust tried to turn me away despite me merely doing a courtesy call so they could check the rest of their produce. Not the first time this has happened either.
