dropped in when i visiting, Coach Caleb and the team have manifested a great culture and a great philosophy. loved training here, highly recommended for everyone from trained competitors to kids just starting out. looking forward to the next visit!

I dropped in for a session whilst on holidays, the session was elite, the gym set up was elite and Caleb was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. If I visit Cairns again I'll be sure to train here again. 100% reccomend this gym to anyone who wishes to learn BJJ

First time trying BJJ and I felt very welcome here. Caleb and Sam are excellent and patient coaches, taking time to show me the ropes while still encouraging me to push my limits. Definitely a good workout! I didn't know anyone going into it but everyone was super friendly and quickly made me feel at home. Can't recommend enough, if you're thinking about it, go for it!

Grounded is a brilliant place to train. The gym is super clean and has an awesome vibe. Caleb provides top quality instruction. I’ve trained at a lot of places and can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
