We have dealt with Chris and Andrew at DDS for 20+ years. Recently they recommended we move to Canon printers/copiers and a new print plan. The paperwork was easy, the install was easy with the lovely Ben and Ash and the $$$ shaved off our monthly expenses is fantastic. Our business had a new Cannon photocopier installed yesterday.Just wanted to give a shout out to Franc who was fantastic to deal with, the whole purchase was a breeze, Franc was friendly, attentive honest and quick to answer queries we had. I cant say the same about many other salesmen I have dealt with in the past so was refreshing. He even followed up today to make sure we where happy and ask if he could help out in any way. Liam the tech who installed the machine was also brilliant making sure everything was set up the way we wanted and liased with out IT team to install. Provided us training and explained everything clearly. We are very happy with our decision to go with Franc and DDS, will use again.

Franc was very helpful in assisting us with the right printer for our business. The installation process was surprisingly quick and straightforward. The team that installed the printer were experienced and very friendly. The DDS team took the time to train our staff on how to use the scanner and printer functions. Overall we were very impressed and would highly recommend DDS.
