Without doubt the worst customer service you could ever imagine. A good product but hope you dont need help with it. You will be given excuse after excuse and often just lied straight to. If you have an alternative - take it.

Had 5 vans done in the last 5 years. First 3 vans were done perfectly. Last 2 have had major issues is gas leaks from pipe and have needed to pay a different contractor to fix.The latest vehicle after only having for a few weeks and spending 15k on the fit out had to be taken back twice both times told they had fixed the issue. But only a few days later wasnt keeping temperature again. had to take to a different contractor who found 5 big gas leaks.Costing alot of $$$ to fix. Wouldnt recommend

Bought a transfreeze van. Thought getting a local company product would give good back up service. Boy was I wrong. Had an emergency break down. Got told on Monday they could fix it and provide parts straight away, Tuesday they had everything in stock and just needed some things measured, Wednesday the hose was made and would be sent once they invoiced for it, Thursday they didn't have stock. Friday they haven't mate the hose... dont need my business and go elsewhere!!! Eric is full of shihavet and wont even answer the phine. Will buy an alternative for the next few vans. He should have told me he wasn't interested and I would have just fixed it a week earlier with someone else. It had 4 pinched o rings from the fit out leaking gas!
