I'll be taking my future business to Novus. Travelling to Rockhampton from Barcaldine getting two call backs well past the quoted 6 hour bracket they give you. They gave me the option to drive to Bundaberg to get my windscreen replacement otherwise they couldn't do it because they couldn't get a windscreen for my Holden cruze hatch absolutely ridiculous. Rang Novus Rockhampton next morning 9:30 done.

Damaged my car,parts missing nothing is on properly,no communication still not fixed after 6 weeks now only give one because it won't let u give none or minus no calls and they only respond to the five start comments what a joke

I have never tried to deal with a company as incompetent as this. I have been trying since Monday to get a window in my Avida esperance Motor home replaced. After many phone calls and emails I have just been told that they can't do it .Save yourself a lot of time, go elsewhere.

Great service. Dropped in for a chip repair, got looked after straight away. Replacing a windscreen may take longer as the windscreen may have to be ordered in.

O’Briens gave me great service, speedy replacement windscreen and left my vehicle clean. Highly recommended.Stick with the big boys.The other company I had my vehicle booked in with via my insurance company couldn’t even be bothered calling me back... Absolutely ridiculous Keppel Coast Windscreens..
