Definitely a place that makes you feel at home. Awsome training stuff, very resonable prices with no surprise fees, every one will be happy to help you through to achieve the possible best results in the least amount of time. Womens are considerably reguarded. Ali is a great guy and he is helping my son ( which face some challenges) to build some confidence. Derek's lessons on sat are absolutely brilliant. Boxing, kikboxing, bjj available and kids classes. A must do place if you want to achieve fitness and self confidence.
