Very happy with the services provided. Been there twice had my car service and had the suspension repair and tyre change by Jean. They look after your car properly and they strive to fix your car in a timely manner.Highly recommended

After the Car wouldn't start even with a new battery, within an hour MTC were onsite and had it working.Have since had the car serviced with MTC and absolutely great service.Will definitely be using them again.

To all you Melbournians and especially those around the Cardinia Shire area... MTC Services and Repairs at Pakenham are the only mechanics in town, as far as I'm concerned. The attention to detail is second to none ... they know what they're talking about and they genuinely care about you and your vehicle. I'm from Sydney... I purchased a vehicle there in Victoria that, besides a pre-purchase inspection that I already wrote about in a previous post, I had them check the vehicle before driving back to Sydney. They showed me the kind of service that made me feel like I was their number one customer and I don't even live there, but if I did they would be my personal mechanics. Faisal, John and the team I now consider my friends. Thanks again guys for your service and guidance regarding the vehicle and thanks for your treatment of me... I felt like I was family !

I visited the workshop to get the intermittent starting problem looked at, I thought it was the battery given the cold weather etc and also get the car serviced. The mechanic contacted me within the hour to inform that the battery is ok and there are some minor electrical issues to fixed as per diagnosis re: the starting problem. The car was serviced with the above issues fixed and ready for pick by 3:30 pm same day, upon pick up Faizal was able to walk me through the vehicle diagnostic report and the car was delivered exceptionally clean inside and out (the car had not been washed for months) also the report included information on the electrical fault, information on Full Synthetic oil used and other workshop supplies the work was completed at a reasonable cost and under my estimate. Faizal also introduced me to the team of mechanics which included Ryad and John, also the team member's were well presented and polite. MTC Services And Repairs also look after a fleet of specialised heavy vehicles including service and maintenance on specialised trucks. Thank you again guys for providing honest and exceptional service, I will visit again when the car is due for service and will inform my friends and family with the above and recommend then to visit the workshop when their car's are due for service.

Fantastic customer service. We deal with them on a commercial level and they have never let us down. Breakdowns or scheduled/un-scheduled maintenance, they come through with the goods! Well done guys, keep it up!

Cannot thank MTC enough for helping us out today! With it being the rush of the end of the year we had a truck problem and they were more then accomodating to find the issue and then fix it all in a day. Found a new diesel mechanic that’s for sure. Top notch service and a ripper job. Thanks boys!
