Plumber was good and experienced. Invoice was not itemized and was updated on request. The part was itemized at $80 dearer than the sale price for the exact same price at bunnings.

We have two leaking taps, one in the kitchen sink and the other the shower tap. They sent out an apprentice to fix the taps (I don’t have an issue with an apprentice coming as long as they can do the job). Initially the taps stopped leaking, however, fast forward about 3 weeks and the taps start leaking worse than before. We call the plumber up again, this time the same apprentice comes out as does her boss. They were at our place for a while and supposedly “fixed” the taps, but now the spindle on the cold tap in the shower is shorter than previously and the only way we can keep the taps from leaking is to turn them off fully tight. This time the taps started leaking within a few days of the supposed fix. I called O”Briens up again to complain but was told that I need to pay for the two previous call outs before they would send anyone out.Well once bitten, twice shy, I won’t be using O’Briens again as they charged me for a service without repairing the problem to begin with.
