Such an amazing shop with such lovely & friendly staff!Always super helpful & have great recommendations which my puppy loves!I have never been disappointed by these guys. Definitely always recommend my friends & family to check this place out

Excellent customer service and pricing. Will definitely be returning. Also love that they rescue animals and don't support puppy/kitten factories. They aren't a typical pet shop that only care about the money, they care about the welfare of the animals. <3

I will never go back and buy nothing never again from this store they were very rude and has given wrong information out about the reptile Products that they sell and they gave me the something for my reptile when I needed it and I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me to go somewhere else to get what I need for My reptile

Excellent service from the team this afternoon. We purchased a light that was on special and were treated as if we were spending thousands.Its not my fist time visiting and it wont be my last.

As first time dog owners the lady helping us out today was incredibly helpful and patient with us and got us everything we needed. She seemed to genuinely care that we got all the right things instead of unloading unnecessary items for a quick sale, thankyou !!

They have been the best pet store since the change of staff. Years ago there were bad people running the place and it was a bit toxic. With these new people coming in they are always nice they are caring and make sure to give plenty of advice where needed.

Great pet shop overall! Good selection of fish, reptiles, birds & cats. Happy to see they also support local rescues and have plenty of pets in need up for sale. Heaps of pet products at good prices too. Lovely staff. Will be back again.

This pet shop has a vast range of products for every animal you can think of! Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and can always answer any questions you may have! They’re so down to earth and love a chat!I’ve bought a few fish from here and they have always been good quality!
