Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Michelle listened to what I wanted and did a great job of my waxing. She answered the questions I had about their products and helped me pick something for my needs. Love that their products are Australian made, backed by science, contain no nasties and are cruelty free.

I liked that my treatment consultant took the time to explain to me what would happen and what to expect prior to any actions being taken and then explaining what the treatment was doing whilst she was treating me. Knowing what to expect i.e. the sounds and sensations relaxed me and I was able to enjoy the treatment, and stay in the moment. Excellent communication and engagement. Thank you.

A really welcoming atmosphere. Super lovely ladies who are very knowledgable and had a wonderfully relaxing facial and neck/shoulder massage. Have signed up for a 6 month program and am already looking forward to my next session!
