Friendly and helpful. I needed some emergency 'surgery' on my engagement ring. It was done on the spot with some work needed on my wedding ring too, as it turned out. And returned to me all sparkling and clean for a very reasonable price.

This is the first time I've rated and reviewed on Google. Luke was highly recommended by a family member, and now I know why. The service I received today from Luke at Ocean Palm Jewellers Wamberal deserves acknowledgment, so I'd like to share my story. I made a desperate phone call to Luke today seeking professional advice and his opinion regarding a family heirloom. I was extremely stressed about my dilemma and needed professional assistance as soon as possible. Without hesitation Luke invited me to his store, at a time which suited me, and saw to me straight away. His easy going manner, professionalism, efficiency and interest in helping me was impressive and greatly appreciated. Within hours of our consultation he gave me a result. Words cannot express my gratitude to this man. Thank you.

I took earrings in as I had glued one of the clips on wrongly. I was doubtful the jeweller would want to fix it but I was absolutely thrilled he fixed well plus fixed a necklace which was invaluable really but he always does a good job. Jewellery for sale isn’t main stream and service is excellent.I’ll spread the word, Erina Fair dosen’t compare. Highly recommended.

I used this jeweller for the first time this week to have 2 rings resized. Genuine service, Donna was helpful in providing assistance in selecting the correct size, fast turnaround and great price. They had a lot of beautiful pieces instore too. I will definitely use again and encourage people to try this lovely little local business before heading to one of the major chains, thanks Ocean Palms for a great job !

Wow, I am shocked by the rudeness of this jeweller and how he still has a business. I went in to ask if they could use stones from existing jewellery to design a new ring. Firstly he ignored me when I walked in, then when I asked if they, as a business, could do this, he turned his back on me and walked into another room rudely saying “I don’t have time for this”. When I replied that I didn’t want it done before Christmas, that it was a just a query, he asked if I was stupid and said that I don’t have a brain coming in 4 days before Christmas. I again said that it was just an inquiry. He was still saying horrible things as I walked out the door. I can’t believe the rudeness from someone who is supposedly providing a service. Very upsetting.

Had a ring we needed to resize and were turned away from numerous jewellers on the central coast area however within 5 minutes our ring was resized at Ocean Palm Jewellers. Highly recommend to anyone

Took my daughter's engagement ring in to be sized and they were amazing. Did the ring within the day (saying they understood she wouldn't want to be without it) and charged a very reasonable price.

I called up asking if they would check a moissanite ring I bought online was actually moissanite and the guy just said I don't deal with that rubbish" and hung up on me. I understand it might be too cheap for them to look at but being rude wasn't necessary."

Donna and the team were very helpful. I had an unusual engagement ring design. Off one picture the team were able to design and build exactly what I wanted. They allowed me to inspect the diamonds. They communicated very well over the build process. And most of all a very good price...I personally had money issues at the time and the team were very understanding and patient with me until I got my financials sorted.
