Really disappointed. I’m super careful with my jewellery having worked at a jeweller myself and within a month of having one of their necklaces the stone fell out. The person serving was rude and I had to fight to have it fixed when it’s clearly a quality fault. Went to put it on today after not wearing since January when it was fixed and the chain snapped. Not happy.
