Buyer beware! Again I've been charged the list price not the members shelf price. They begrudgingly checked things and refunded the difference. I wonder whether this is a sneeky tactic !

Don't think too much of The Dan's Rewards card, only save if you buy double amounts of alcohol.!! That not Good .!! Spending more than you originally wanted to , to make a saving. ALSO the petrol to drive to the outlet. Will think twice, next time

Always good service. Quite popular, so can be tough.to get a park so add extra time. Wish they'd stock more Murray's brewing products. Always seem to be out or low on stock when we arrive.

I normally shop here but the range of ports have dropped and I'm finding myself going on the internet to look for what I want. I also don't like them changing the shop there was nothing wrong with it where everything was. I don't like getting lost in a bottle shop and having to ask where everything is.

The in-store and online teams were really helpful with fulfilling my wedding drinks order. We had a bit left over because of unforeseen circumstances and the team made sure I was refunded for what wasn’t used. Really helped.
