If I could give this store 0 stars I would, worst customer service ever. bought a vacuum, worth$400, took it back for exchange n all hello broke loose….lady owner was rude, Racist, patronising and condensing. She implied I didn’t know how to use the vacuum,called me silly several times until I lost my cool n she asked me to leave her store.Let my vacuum cleaner worth$400….. so they took my money n have the vacuum.worst human being I have ever meant since I moved to this country n I have met some cruel people.

The two ladies at the store were helpful and nice to deal with. Not an expert on vacuums but they seem to have a good range. Great customer service keep up the good work.

CAUTION: Very slow repair service.This store is fine, BUT GODFREYS REPAIR SERVICE STINKS.1. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and bought all my vacuum cleaners, carpet shampooer, spotlifters, etc at this store.2. The Cannington store was franchised and they did all repairs in the store, usually in a day.3. I bought a vacuum cleaner for $399 with a 2-year warranty just before the franchise was taken over by Godfreys.4. The machine developed a fault after about 14 months. I took it to the store and was told the beater head had to be sent away for repair. NO REPAIRS ARE DONE BY THIS STORE ANY MORE.Over a month later the beater head was returned from Godfreys repair service, saying No fault found". So the whole machine was sent away. I WAS WITHOUT A VACUUM CLEANER FOR OVER 2 MONTHS AND WAS OBLIGED TO BUY ANOTHER FROM A NON-GODFREYS STORE.5. After complaining loudly I was offered a store credit for the full amount I had paid - but I did NOT want to deal with Godfreys again
