I just went into this shop and got some of the best customer service I have ever recieved.Started with Tony in the timber section helping me choose the right supplies for the job. Then when I went to organise delievery Chris was super helpful and introduced me to Greg so he could help me with stains and brushes. Best service ever, full of knowledge and made my trip easy.

Helpful and friendly staff, had a lady today mark an item down that I was buying as it was about to go on special which I really appreciated! Store set out well was easy to find what I was looking for and I LOVE their garden section, the plants were so healthy. I'll be back

In the store looking at kitchen cabinets etc for 30 plus minutes and no one offered to help. Went a few hundred metres up the road and they had all the information we needed. It also needs to be noted we travelled 100km specially to go here. It’s a pity how businesses spend on stock and advertising and then staff let them down. I’m a great believer that the hardest part is getting people through the door.

didn’t have small sizes of muck boots (wellington boots) when i went in. that’s the only reason i didn’t give 5 stars. the staff were very attentive and helpful when i had questions to ask. huge store with a variety of products including gardening, electrical, plumbing, tools etc

Couldn’t be bothered serving us even after we asked for help. When he finally came over as we had started walking out the door turned his back on us and muttered something under his breath. So we left and spent our $3000+ elsewhere where we had fantastic service. No wonder the shop was empty!

I had mum's hot water cylinder die in the middle of the night. I also had some problems trying to order online so rang Becks Mitre 10 bright and early. Nigel could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Exactly the kind of service you hope for but rarely receive. Certainly not from the larger competitor.!! If you value customer service and staff that seem to care, I couldn't recommend them more. If the new cylinder performs as it should, I couldn't be happier with the service. Nigel helped me out above and beyond what I'd expected and he's a great advertisement for the Mighty helpful Mitre 10". Will be using them for all my hardware needs in the future when I can as a result."
