if you are a new or existing pokemon TCG player looking to improve your skills or expecting a welcoming, beginner friendly experience, do not come here. all you will get are players enforcing ‘card proxy’ rules that forbid the use of ‘fake’ cards. these rules are set by the store owner, and are put in place to get you to spend money in store on singles that are at least 25% pricier than market value, prioritising greed over the player experience of a dying community. this results in a pay-to-win tournament experience where grown adults with huge collections can steamroll everyone in the store and snag all the tournament prizing, while complaining about opponents playing a completely legal, albeit ‘fake’ decklist. try to discuss this issue with said individuals, and youll be suggested to go to another store, to which id agree. there are plenty of other stores in sydney that allow proxy cards and welcome new players, and its no surprise that the most prestigious players in sydney attend these stores because they prioritise the player’s experience over the store owner’s experience. although on a positive note, if you are looking to buy product from here or the narellan store expect a pleasant customer experience from the employees.

Use to be a good shop till 2023 all went down hill made an order a month ago for cards there have sent me 2 wrong cards with in a month after they said they had it in there hands while I was on the phone to them my son can do a better job at sending out the right cards now saying they don't have the card now so they tock my money and then sold it to someone else they can't even supply you with preorders on release date I preorders same items that have been released for almost a month now and called them up about it and I was told oh sorry it may be months before we get them and send them outAnd 1 last thing this shop has to stop say oh sorry we can offer you or refund you in store credit mate we asked for wat we order if you can't supply it don't give us store credit give us our money back so we can go to a shop that can supply us with wat we expect to get on release day or things we ordered and you can't supply or sell to someone else 2out of 10 this store is now

Been order in January few card boxes still didn't received.Asked for updation by email and been ignored.Went to shop and asked in person several times about updating, they mentioned that they will contact company and inform me about updates, but they never call me. When I coming again they are saying it again.Asked about refund and they are mentioned that they can't do it. Only can do go store points (meaning that I can buy stuff only from this shop).Problem is that they are selling Vanguard from 2 years or beginning of last year and no updating.Last month been released new box and I still didn't receive a boxes which been released in November /December.I ordered from another store new boxes and they are delivered in 4 days (standard shipping).Conclusion- Store ignoring emails- Not providing a updates- Can't do refund- not delivering the stuffI put 2 stars just because store looks always nice, and there nice to play.Ps: I been wrote email from different email.

Impressed by my first visit here, will happily come back. Attended a Warhammer Age of Sigmar gaming event and found the staff very friendly and helpful, plenty of product at a good price, great range of drink and snacks while you play, and arcade machines?! Didn’t expect that. Very cool place

I preordered some MTG secret lairs through them, and received a partial refund for items they didn't order enough of or oversold. This occurred months after the time I could have ordered directly. They claim they won't offer preorders for secret lairs anymore, but unfortunately I have lost all faith in this businesses ability to deliver on any preorders, and will not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a card from this store, it took 3 weeks before they refunded my order. They had poor communication during the 3 weeks. I would recommend ordering cards from this store as they may just take a month to cancel your order.

The place has ok prices and a great community! But a lot of the events are short of people and they do not tell you whether it will be going ahead or not. You just have to show up on the set time and hope that other people are there. But other than that it is an amazing place.

5 weeks to fulfil a singles order only after missing an email and adressing it when I took the time to call them up. Cards were missing from the order that I had placed even before the set they were from was released. Customer service has decayed and it looks like they no longer do card singles which is a good thing. Sad because they were once so good but have truly let things go.

If you buy singles or anything online at the moment from here, be prepared to wait over a month or more for your stuff to arrive.I've ordered online before and never had a problem until now. A couple of months ago I ordered some singles and it wasn't a cheap order. Weeks later I hear nothing and it was not until I sent two emails regarding my order that any progress was made. I waited two months for that order. I thought I would give them another go and ordered again, and this time I waited a month, and my shipment was nearly lost in transit. I If I were you, I would not buy online from here. I understand that there have been some big changes happening to the business, and due to these changes there is a backlog, but to not inform customers of such a big delay when they place an order is poor. Buy online from the Games Cube or Good Games. Their prices may be double of the Game Centre, but my stuff arrives in no less than 4 days and they are excellent at communicating order progress. The Game Centre has a beautiful store and the people are nice enough, but online, things are a complete mess.I sincerely hope that this will be remedied soon, as I like their prices.
