Kelly the staff member was so rude and unhelpful, she was also more interested in watching what others were saying and doing rather than serving.She also didn’t know what to do for my booked now late appointment.They then couldn’t even process my application, after travelling and taking time off work.No apology, I was told “it’s not my fault there’s nothing I can do” in a very rude tone and manner.Not one apology.Others there had issues with their application returned due to the post office error.

Got to say the delivery driver was outstanding, talk about country service. The staff at the office are always helpful as well.
