Asked for long soft layers gave blunt choppy layers and thinned my hair to half its usual thickness...lady cutting hair didnt try and make conversation and was very tough and quick not putting any thought into my hair cut. It may say $45 on the board but they charge you extra for a 2 minute blowdry you don't even ask for...had to go to just cuts to fix the mess they did

Horrible place!!!The girl who coloured my hair didn’t have any qualifications for hair dresser, which she casually mentioned to me. The manager promised that she will fix my hair but when I turned up denied.

I said I wanted a crew cut and she almost gave me a buzzcut because she got confused between the 2. Then asked me if I wanted a line seperating the beard and hair, I said yes and she proceeded to shave off my beard before I was able to stop her. Also was charged 45 when the price was 25.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! VERY EXPENSIVE AND DISHONEST! This is the WORST hairdressing salon I've been to in Australia!To start with, the customer service is THE WORST! They don't smile, they all look miserable, no interpersonal skills, they don't talk to you and they can barely speak english! I felt really uncomfortable the moment I walked in and I waited over an hour even though they weren't busy!The price for a haircut was advertised as $35, but I ended up paying $85!!!! They have hidden fees all over the place! The lady blow-dried my hair for a few minutes and said that's why it costs so much!!! Rediculous!!! I noticed when I got home the haircut was so uneven I could cut it better myself! They're not good hairdressers and they will severely over charge you! Don't get scammed and ripped off!

Quick and simple, no booking required. I have been going regularly and am happy with the outcome (ask for the price in advance).

Zero Star. Just don't come here if you don't want to be disappointed. Very poor service. No courtesy. You have to speak up or else you'll just stand there forever even when you are visible.Rough pushing my head forward.Haircut is literally just cut, you have to ask for a blowdry considering your hair is damp from water spray.Haircut, you can do better at home. Cheap price, cheapest service.

Went to get a haircut (colour was me, ignore it), and despite trying to communicate to the hairdresser multiple times that it was not looking even, I wound up with this at the back. I’ve never seen a hairdresser use such terrible technique. And then they overcharged me. Cool cool

This is hands down the worst hair dresser i have been to. I went in asking for a balayge and came out with patchy dead hair unevenly blended and very unatural. The hairdresser did everything wrong and has no hair dressing qualifications. On the sign out the front it said 169 for a balayge on week days but the price changed to 350 on the weekends apparanty. My neck was burned by the. bleach and it was painful to be washed out. The lady was rude to me when i moved from the discomfort. At the end of the cut, the hair dresser didnt fully blow dry my hair and didnt even cut it even witht the price of the package.
