Mark at Express IT is an absolute Pro! My son purchased new rams for his custom made gaming computer and after inserting them yesterday, he could not get the monitor to respond to the hard drive. As you can imagine, in this world of Covid 19, he was shattered as this was going to affect his school work and gaming. I tried fixing the issue to no avail. I then turned to google searching for an IT tech in my location and Express IT was the first to come up. Not only did I notice Mark happened to be a few doors away from us, but he was also open for business after usual business hours. I contacted Mark and have to say he surpassed my expectations. Mark heard me out and offered to fix the issue expeditiously and did so within 10 minutes of my son taking the hard drive to him. Mark was able to put a smile back on my son’s face and was also extremely generous with his fee! I would recommend Mark at Express IT to anyone who needs computer repairs. If every business ran their business like Express IT, where they treat customers with dignity and respect opposed to a number in a waiting game, they would all succeed in this world of money hungry competitors that treat potential customers like they don’t matter! Mark was fantastic at fixing my PC i was ready to purchase a new PC as have attempted to have it fixed prior by another company however i though would give Mark ago and in 4 hours i had my PC back running like brand new. I will be using his services from now on and will never go to anyone else

Mark was awesome! Had some issues with a computer company, took my laptop to Mark on Friday and he told me he would get the initial problem fixed within the week. Got a call on Monday where he updated me on a host of other problems that the first repairers left the laptop in. He got all these issues fixed and got the computer in a state that was almost as good as new and charged me a very reasonable price. He cares a lot about what he does and it shows in his work.

I had a persisting issue with my computer in relation to sound along with other things (virus). i emailed mark in the morning with my problem. As soon as business hours opened he emailed back and knew what had to be done along with the time factor. I brought the computer in on the same day and within hours he told me to come pick it up for a very reasonable price. To this date my computer has been functioning perfectly as intended.Mark has been very helpful and has fantastic service, i would recommend.
