Extremely poor. Service is disappointing.Staff reschedule appointments without confirming with the customer and create excuses non stop.Very poor management of staff and installation procedures.Providing a high quality standard of service to customers is definitely not their priority.Very unprofessional and definitely won't recommend to anyone.

The service was great and many choices of floor coverings and tiles

After sales service is as important as pre and during the sales process and i regret my experience with Carpet One has been poor with after sales service performance. After completing some renos which required some re laying and fixing parts of the carpet i approached the place where i made the purchase, Carpet One. Intial request to try and get the problem fixed was around Jan 23rd and i rang again on Jan 28th to be told that the workload for the week was being reviewed and Daniel would get back to me with a date and time. Here we are 10 days later and zero response. I have had the carpet fixed through Discount Carpets and their sevice was prompt and reliable. It took 2 hours to fix! Having spent about $4500 on the original carpets and about $850 on tiles for the new bathroom reno at Carpet One i know where i will not be going when it is time to update the kitchen flooring. Shame.

Broke our carpet railing, and just glued it down LOL. Once they've got your money they don't want to hear your problems, like the glued down railing lifting up and cutting feet which they refuse to fix. (Bare in mind when you lay a new carpet you're supposed to put a NEW railing in, which they didn't). Revolting customer service from the manager 'Don'. This is definitely the place to go if you want crap service, and want to be made to feel stupid.
