2.5 stars. The custom trays I ordered were great. However, the customer service was lacklustre. The frustration and inconvenience of the courier service they use led to my trays being returned to them with no notice of attempted delivery. Grant's refused to re-deliver until I had either paid for re-delivery or coordinated my own parcel services.
