I am so incredibly happy I chose Francesca and Andrew to help me. They provide an honest, professional and personal experience that is increasingly hard to find. They were patient, helpful and made the somewhat daunting task of designing a engagement ring feel so easy. The design was excellent, the workmanship perfect and price was an absolute bargin. You can trust these two to look after you.

What a fabulous experience dealing with Fran and Andrew at Bejewel.Chris and I had my engagement ring and wedding rings made here, best decision ever. When my fiancé Luke & I were looking for someone to custom make an engagement ring I saw a recommendation for Bejewel. We popped in and was greeted by Fran & Andrew who instantly made us feel so welcome and took their time to explain every little thing to know about diamonds and rings so we could fully understand what we were purchasing. We ordered our ring and it was made so quickly with lots of updates and communication. We absolutely loved the ring, it was perfect and exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend Bejewel to anyone wanting to create something really special!

Wonderful service, cannot recommend highly enough!I purchased an engagement ring for my partner, and after much shopping around I found Fran & Andrew at Bejewel to be the most helpful. They really go the extra mile to help you get exactly what you want, and to explain a lot of the details to help you make the most informed choice about stones and metals. Also did not feel at all pressured into buying, which is something every other seller seemed to lay on in spades.

It was a seamless process from planning through to completion and we were frequently updated. Would highly recommend to anyone planning an engagement, wedding or gift!

Great communication and exceptional workmanship, would highly recommend! My wife and I approached Fran and Andrew for customised wedding bands. In the beginning we had hand drawn sketches of what we werelooking for as well as inspiration photos. They were able to transfer our very crude design into a 3D CAD model from which many iterations were made fine tuning our design. Fran provided great advice on the design of the rings regarding durability and wearability. Throughout the entire process Fran responded quickly to our e-mails and provided frequent updates. We had multiple meetings to discuss the design and view progress of the rings. They make the whole process from start to finish such a fun and smooth experience. The many minute changes made to the design and their ability to execute such changes give us great confidence in recommending their services to anybody who is looking for bespoke jewellery.

My experience was super smooth. My first visit in-store was eye catching and I instantaneously found my than fiancée’s ring. It was so beautiful with a price to match. Francesca and Andrew were both so lovely with their customer service and catered to all my requests.With my location being permanently in Thursday Island, they were super flexible with arranging a ring for myself too and innovative in getting perfect sizes.Most negotiations were done via email and over the phone due to the distance and ever tiny detail was captured with very prompt responses.I can’t thank them both enough for the very pleasant services and experiences. My wife and I are so grateful for the most beautiful rings to symbolise our eternal promises to one another!Highly recommended!
