The ppl who work here never smile but they are quick with their hands. No matter how busy they are (eg a sat morn) they will get your helium balloons to you within 20 minutes. The store isn't that big but the location is super convenient.

Very rude staff. The lady who does balloons, she didn't like to answer questions, telling me she's been answering the same questions all day! So? Isn't it her job to help her customers? It's covid and people are not grateful they still have their jobs! I hope they get better with their service to their customers.

3.7 - A new store with party-related products such as balloons, streamers, plates/cups/cutlery/serviettes, colour-themed, costumes, feathers etc. Lots of people seem to be loving this store each time I walk in! Happy kids. A few unrelated items within the store, which confuses some customers but overall, a good store.

Service is a slow and balloons are really expensive. A large 90cm balloon's HELIUM alone is $20. Crazy. Most balloons are just from Kmart, so I advise people to look for cheaper balloons first and find somewhere with cheap helium.

A waste of money and time. I bought three balloons. One of them poped in 10 minutes, and the rest did not go for one day. Even....I had to wait over 15 minutes to get ballons after payment. The rude staff did not care about the guests who had finished payment. I shoud check local reviews before I went there.

Deceptively large shop in Chatswood Westfield, Sydney. Located on the lower floor near the Coles. I was lured in by the gift bags (which I needed) but there is a whole treasure trove in the store including art and craft supplies, costumes, balloons, party bag fillers etc

Very very bad service! I ordered and paid the balloon for my son for his birthday and the stuff said come anytime before 6pm on the day to take it. We arrived at 5:45pm but the stuff been very rude and said can’t take the balloon today because they closed the shop, the stuff said if you want to take it today you need to pay extra $4 to take it!and been super rude to my son, even on his birthday! Will Never come back again.
