Flight Centre Indooroopilly
We went to arrange flights to move overseas. Harley was amazing and spent a lot of time analysing out best route to save us money while seeing everything we wanted to see on the way. Even when we proposed two different options he checked them both out for us and discussed the best options we had for either option. And he was invested and excited in our plans. Definitely out go to man for flights from now on.

I’ve booked a few flights with Harley in particular, I followed him from FC Toowong and have absolutely loved his quality customer service. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to go through our bookings to ensure we understand everything that we need to and feel supported. I was stuck overseas and was able to check in with him quite late at night - what would have been a stressful situation was quite easily dealt with because he made the effort and took time out of his busy schedule to accommodate me. He goes above and beyond, we can’t wait to book our next trip with him!

We just received the most amazing service from Petie who helped with setting up our overseas travel card and changing over money for all the different countries we are travelling too. It was complicated as we were a group and all have different requirements. Petie went over and above and was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Petie.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Josh Rosser. Went above and beyond to help me retrieve my flight credit and book a holiday. Highly efficient and quick turn-over time. Very helpful for people who have busy lifestyles. I didn't even have to visit the store and yet Josh sorted everything out for me. Unreal service. Will be going back again.

Highly recommend Shiven from the Indooroopilly store for any travel support. She was a huge help when organising my travel insurance and provided really fantastic and prompt service while I was overseas and looking to change flights. Will definitely be booking all future trips with her after such a great experience.

Luke Candy was, quick, efficient and great to deal with. I gave him the dates I wanted for my 2 month Japan trip and he shot back a quote the same day and it took 5 minutes to get everything paid, including travel insurance with snowsports cover included. Will be using for all travel needs in the future.

Matt helped me and my group of 8 girls with our Euro summer adventure and his expertise in travel/bookings has made this a much easier journey! Would highly recommend using Matt as your travel agent as he has helped with any of the hiccups we have had on the way with our itineraries, including changing our flights/adding people to our adventure. Would absolutely go back to Matt!

One of their agents, Wagner Filho really went above and beyond for me and my wife as we were planning and going on our 2- moths long Honeymoon. We had a lot of last minute changes, force majeur cancellations and overall bad luck. Wagner helped us through it all, organised alternative flights, sorted out the refunds and gave us good guidance all throughout, even through the Christmas period.Couldn't be happier with the experience we had, will definitely use them again for planning long, multi-destination trips
