Meadowbank Estate Wedding & Event Venue

I had my wedding reception at Meadowbank last month and I can’t say enough about how good everything was! It was the perfect venue for me and my wife! My guests are still talking about the food, which was EXCEPTIONAL! We also decided to do all our photoshoot there as the winery-feeling grounds are absolutely stunning! Chris was so accommodating and the staff went out of their way to make sure our day was special. Their attention to detail is second to none and we were blown away. Strongly recommend Meadowbank to anyone looking for a venue for their event.

Oh it's a wonderful place, it was such a delight coming here and spending time with friends on such a specialday. The venue it self was pristine, clean and sleek.The urinals in the men's toilets were above the standard height, if you were 5'5 you'd be aiming up.Staff are funny and fine. And the gardens and pool devine. Alot if time and care has gone into this place and it shows."

A beautiful venue with lovely established gardens. A nice mix of old century bluestone and modern buildings, stylish facilities and very good catering make it a real pleasure to be a wedding guest at Meadowbank and I guess a special experience for the couple.

Gorgeous venue and a complete surprise! Beautiful bluestone building, with the most exquisite outdoor garden and centre water feature. We were in the Grand Ballroom which featured an elaborate low hanging floral chandelier over the dance floor - which took our breath away. The square tables were nicely decorated with floral high centre pieces that didn't get in the way of conversations with others on the table. Food was nicely prepared, however being vegetarian its always hard to get something as nice as the other dishes on offer ... the ravioli entre was superb, whereas the main did not appeal at all ... tasted like a large falafel with a tomato based relish on top. The desserts on the other hand .... yum - especially the sticky date pudding!!! All in all a great venue with lovely staff and service ... however the dance floor was a bit too small for a grand ballroom.

My wife and i booked the Grand Ballroom for our wedding ceremony on the 29th April.We absolutely loved the reception and so did all our guests,We were in conversation with Daniela for many months and she was very pleasant to deal with, always answering phone calls and emails and ensuring a very smooth and enjoyable ceremony,.The food was 10/10 and the reception offers many beautiful spots for photographsHighly recommend this hidden gem to anybody looking for a venueThank you again to Daniela and Chris - All the very best and zero hesitations about ever booking this venue againThank you A++++

I attended a wedding here over the weekend, and honestly it was nothing short of amazing. The food was delicious and portions were large, and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. The venue is stunning - the flowers hanging from the roof add such a nice touch. Great venue for a wedding.
