This place is class through and through! I had spent the entire day at Harbourtown and Pacific Fair looking for my dream wedding band to go with my solitaire diamond in yellow gold engagement ring! LeGassik was the last place I wandered into after feeling very disheartened by all of the other options I had seen. I was greeted by a friendly lady who showed me some of the gorgeous rings they had in store. I loved every single one but none of them were precisely what I was looking for. She said no problem and we went about ordering a ring to be made specially with my exact specification. I ordered a 0.35ct diamond half width, set in white gold, on a 18ct band. The price was within my budget and I left happy! The ring arrived 2 weeks later in an absolutely beautiful box. I gasped when I opened the ring box to see my beautiful ring! I am absolutely thrilled with it and would recommend anyone looking for fantastic service and a high quality product to go to LeGassick for your wedding rings! Thank you so much! <3

She expertly explained all about the diamonds in the rings we looked at and patiently waited while we made our choice. Thank you Dot! I was running late for a Birthday present for my wife and having shopped there for our engagement and wedding rings, I knew that the quality of workmanship from Renee and the diamonds are exceptional. Dot and Kenton with no fuss dropped what they were doing and had me sorted and back out the door within 5 mins. I rarely recommend businesses and this is my first google review but I would recommend these guys especially for custom rings and good old fashioned customer service. Since our wedding I call in every time to say hi when we are at Pacific Fair as the team have been so great. Thanks again guys!

Took a watch for a polish on the bezel and a change of battery thinking this place would do a good job with it. Had to come back twice for my watch to still have scratches on the bezel, was told this is the best they could do even though I was never informed prior to giving the watch that there was a possibility the polish wouldn’t take all the scratches off. paid $135 for a polish that hasn’t really done much to my watch. Unfortunately the person that I dealt with didn’t even take the time to explain or even consider helping , she quickly said “it’s $135 please”Unfortunately not a place I would recommend in the future

Walking past the LeGassick window it’s obvious they have the most stunning jewellery on the Coast but what surprised me was the amazing customer service I got from Kenton and Renee in store. I was initially nervous about getting a custom piece designed but they made the whole process effortless. The were genuine to deal with, took the time to make sure I was happy with everything, communication was great, they kept to the budget we set and Renee is honestly the most amazing master jeweller I couldn’t be happier with what she produced. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Awful experience at the Pacific Fair store. We were talked down to and not given the time of day from the sales representative, from the get go, kept asking if we were actually going to buy anything. We were ready to buy a ring yesterday but left as there was no way we were going to give business to a store that gives such awful and degrading customer service. Shame on your staff, do better.
