I’ve seen 3 physios here and two of them were good. However, I went back last week and the physio I saw provided me with an assessment WITHOUT doing a physician evaluation. She said I had a minor tear in my hip flexor and a niggle on my glute, she recommended me to rest and gave me a list of exercises to avoid and I should be fine in a couple of days.My legs didn’t improve - even though I did no physical activity apart from walking- so I got a second opinion and I’m glad I did.It turns out it was a bruised hip joint and issues with my tendons.

Initial assessment- provided all my information, went through some questions and did a few small exercises as I expected. At the end of this I was asked if I wanted some heat which I assumed was for massaging the trouble areas however I was given a wheat pack and an egg timer for 10 minutes to never see the clinician again. I had been legitimately using a wheat pack daily. So that's $102 I'll never see again. My experience, I'd go elsewhere

I had approx.17 sessions due to a soft tissue injury with Charlotte. An injury which should have healed in 6/7 weeks just got worse. I got minimal relief after the physio session and I was in severe pain. I have changed my physio now and I can evaluate both the physio sessions. I have to admit that the physio sessions I'm currently undergoing have given me immense relief from pain in Just 2 sessions. Very disappointed with Charlotte at Taigum physiotherapy.
