Great team of guys, punctual, tidy, polite whilst doing a fantastic job of chopping down a very large dead Nicholii gum tree (including stump grinding). Very professional team from beginning to end. Extremely happy with the whole service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great company to deal with. They managed to remove a large tree without the need for expensive crane/power cut/traffic control etc. Tree climber and support team on the ground were professional and completed the job with relative ease. Can't speak highly enough of the guys who came and did our job. We had pretty specific needs with our trees and what we wanted done. They checked in with me a number of times during the process to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. They left the ground cleaner than when they arrived.Absolutely will use them again.

Tricky tree-lopping job job with dead limbs overhanging an old cement tile roof on an aging wooden home, and need for precision. Sam, Stephan and Lorenzo worked as a well-coordinated team to bring down the tall timber safely. Good planning by Sam led to a great result. The clean-up left the place pristine and much better than when they arrived. Gabrielle was correct: they are one of Aura's A-Teams! Good blokes to boot.

Amazing tree pruning work!There was a large Box Elder growing over our three story apartment block, which we wanted pruned to stop the leaves and seeds getting into the gutter. Pete came to have a look and provide a quote – he was very friendly and easy to deal with. Pricing was very reasonable and much less than I expected. An appointment was organised swiftly.Honestly, it was amazing watching the guys work. One of them climbed the tree by rope and was bounding from branch to branch chain sawing branches off – he used both a small chainsaw and a long pole type one. There were three guys below spotting him or cleaning up fallen branches. The work was methodical, organised, tidy and very professional. All the leaves and branches were gathered and thrown into a huge chipper that collects the bark pieces into the back of a truck. Pruning the large tree and cleaning up everything after took about an hour and a half. The tree now looks neat and tidy – the job was completed perfectly! Great work Aura Tree Services - thank you!! Aura removed a Norfolk Island Pine from my property and ground the stump over 2 days. They were one of the few companies able to complete the task and had a team of 8 on site both days. Very professional team managed on site during the two days by Jordan, who ensured the team were organized and efficient. They left the site very tidy, caused no damage to mine nor neighboring properties which was a real possibility given the size and location of the tree. They also took great care to stop work and relocate wildlife that they found during the removal. I found Jackson on the sales side and Jordan on site very easy to deal with, and happy to answer any questions and explain the process. Would recommend Aura for any tree removal work.
