Recently had an event in which we needed a plethora of items to be personalised— from T-shirts and hoodies, to yoga mats, drink bottles, wooden crockery and berets. This was a large job featuring items that we had never had experience in personalising. However, Craig was so helpful in advising and discussing what would be the best methods to personalise all of these different items. He made the whole process so easy and worry-free — from arranging everything with the different production managers, fitting in some items with a short lead time, and even driving across Melbourne to pick up personalised items to ensure we had them in time for our event, I was absolutely blown away by the service. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and the finished products were of superb quality— exactly what we envisioned and more. I cannot thank Craig and the Promo Link team enough for facilitating this job! From embroidery and screenprinting to engraving and direct transfers, they can do it all!
