Had coffee with a friend on Tuesday and I have to say the customer service was appalling. Firstly my friend asked the girl serving us a question which was ignored, when I asked she answered but when the coffee was brought to us she slamed the cups down spilling our coffee. Hotbake needs to review the staff they hire as this behaviour was disgusting. I won't ever give this place my money again.

This place really needs to be shut down or compete new staff, there is a woman there with tattoos that has a appalling attitude to customers and is in order for a award for rudest person in history of customer service.Please lift your game before you are shut down, please lift your game before you are shut down your staff needs to realise needs to realise that it's customers that pay their wage.

Really good service the coffee is good however it differs from time 2 time being good to just being average but the cinnamon doughnuts are absolutely amazing

the 1 star represents the service, lady got totally peeved becasue my husband asked for a second samwhich after i placed my order. She abusedus saying that they could have both been made at same time (OMG)Never have we seen such disgusting manners in any store ever. Food was just okay and possibly worth a second go but with that service , lady needs a break or a new proffession.
