Beds R Us - Warners Bay

My wife and I just bought a great new bed from Warners Bay Beds R Us. We tried out many beds in the store, pondered for a few weeks and tried them out again. The sales team were very patient with us and very informative. They allowed us to take our time and now we are very comfortable with what we have. In fact we should have done it years ago.

Needed a new mattress and bed frame. One i had must have been 15 years old at least. Headed down to warners bay to take a quick look. Alix helped me out, got a nice queen size with a firm mattress in a really good style for a great price. Its got under matress storage, an in built light and a built in charger for your phoneVery happy with it, its nice to sleep on a mattress that doesn't sag

The customer service here is non-professional and horrendous!!I went physically in store to organise and pay for delivery and watched the lady at the desk write down my delivery date. she forgot to ask for my address which I stated to her she didn’t ask for, she immediately apologised and took it down.I received a phone call whilst at work saying my suite is being delivered. And I gave him my surname and said no it’s been organised for next week. He apologised for the inconvenience and said he’ll cancel and be back next week. I came home from work to the suite being delivered anyway, luckily my sick nan was home but she was alone!! and unable to hear the door, it was unlocked and They helped themselves into my house and dumped my suite in the first room. I called and complained and the man who answered said we should lock the door next time and it was our fault. Didn’t ask for and identification or what so ever. Ordered a king. Parts of a queen was delivered. My tall boy (chest of draws) was upside down. When there are clear arrows, and writing stating “right way up”.Got a phone call from the store apologising for him being wrong about the stuff up. And the delivery driver admitted to helping himself in. And said they canceled the wrong order that was what caused the big mix up. I said it wasn’t good enough, which led to him hanging up on me. i do NOT recommend this place at all!! NOR will myself or anyone I know be returning!! disgusting!

Swiss tech bed here is the best you will find under 12k, I did the research guys, it has the top gauge Australian made steel individual pocket springs for durability, plus many other features, Silver-line which is real silver in the mattress ect.

I would like to thank Lindsay for his hospitality & professional knowledge in relation to my overall purchase from Beds-R-Us. His expertise was exceptional & his easy going put one at ease instead of the hard sale approach trying to extract your last dollar.I believe I finished with a very good deal and would definately deal with this Company again.

The team at Beds R Us + One Stop Pine have always provided a great atmosphere, service and brought a bit of joy the tedious task of shopping for new furniture!A great range of products and selection of individual styles to choose from!I will 100% be shopping there again if something peaks my interest and highly recommend others to shop there, too!Cheers!Jarrod Woodbury

Terrible customer service! not helpful at all! Slats don't even fit! Didn't come with screws nor bolts! Didn't even get the right bed frame sides! Had to call them just to be told they'll call me back twice! Never called back! The wood/pine timber scratches the carpet! Had to come down three times! The old man was trying to give a refund for something I got purchased the day before that was confirmed they had! Feeling threaten/lucky that I saved $400 for the product I brought! I would've been better of to brought from china in a better condition than this!... Ridiculous, I don't have time for this. Save your money and time and don't bother with guys. The lady at the front desk was very nice helpful, and I feel sorry that I had to write this because she was the only good customer service I got there.

Such amazing service, went above and beyond to help me get the perfect mattress and at such a wonder full price, couldn’t recommend a place more !!!

Just received my new mattress for me and the children could not be more happy with the quality thank you to the wonderful staff for making sure we got the right bedding
