KFC only has 2 types of chicken with pieces with approx 20 min cooking time, but they can’t work out how to have them both ready to go. Every time I go to this store there is a 20 minute wait for hot and spicy, so I end up leaving without the food I ordered.

Didn’t give me what I order I ordered a large cola bbq wings box they didn’t have the wings they gave me chicken which was stale and clearly lying there for a few hours also I ordered a large meal and they gave me a small popcorn chicken completely missed and I didn’t get any fries and also it took 30 minutes and my drink which was a frozen Pepsi was half melted

What a terrible Saturday! Ordered online and when I arrived, long lines of customers. May be an error with system or kinda. Have waited in the store for more than 35 minutes and look at the screen ! Staff are try their best but it was a horrible experience to wait when they can just pick some wicked wings and drop to the box and hand over to me .

So upset. Ordered my Mother's Day Dinner through the app. Spent $60 on build your own bucket. Drove and hour return to get it and got home only to find half the order of tenders were in the bag! I checked in drive through but didn't haul it out to count them out. I saw large box of tenders but when we got home there were only 12 and not 24. Totally ruined my Mother's Day as not enough food for my family dinner and feel I drove all that way only to be so grossly ripped off. I've called 4 times and number rang out.

This store takes online orders, takes your money, gives you a pick up time, and when you arrive they say there will be a 1 hour wait. Total joke.No doubt if you order via Uber Eats you get your order in reasonable time. It's just total bedlam in store. No chicken tastes that good, or is that cheap. I won't be back.

Waited in the drive thru line for well over 15 minutes to find I was missing a regular chips but was given a box full of dinner rolls for some reason which I didn’t order. Very unprofessional.

I pre-ordered (And paid) for my food like all of the major food companies are forcing us towards (so they can save minimum $ staff) The line was all the way out of the dive thru into the side street and onto the major road (Moggil road) if I hadn't already paid I would kept driving past obviously! I was forced to sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes until I got to the window where the guy asked me if the order was for a totally different name even though I had already given him their code from the app they're pushing on us. So he had to make my order while I waited longer at the window holding up the 20-30 cars waiting behind me. To his credit he was quick and the order was spot on and better quality then I've gotten from this store before. This is my last straw, if I ever need to get KFC I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Milton and walk into their store. I'll be saving time!
