Are you looking for a reliable home delivery service that sends you quality products that are well within the expiry date?If you answered yes, this service is NOT for you.Consistently unreliable with delivery times and the pickers and packers are trained to grab the most rotten produce and anything about to expire first for delivery.If you must purchase from Harris Farm, I suggest you attend a local store and select your own products carefully checking for freshness and expiry dates as it seems this business chooses to stock ‘short date’ products.Dealing with the hopeless call centre staff in this business is painful. The generic response provided by this business is further example of the hollow attempt at customer service.

I have been receiving orders from Harris Farm for many years. Only once or twice was there a perfect order without missing items. Recently it has been really bad like today water missing, not the right number of tomatoes, laundry detergent in with fruit and veg, no bread apparently it was out of stock. I am going to try and find another supplier as enough is enough

Ordered the ingredients that we needed for a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner, given that 2021 has been so difficult. What arrived was great, however, a seafood set - a full third of the overall order - was not delivered.Needless to say this ruined our *entire* meal, and given that it was for New Year's Eve, getting it re-delivered in January wasn't a solution. Harris Farms refunded the cost of the seafood, but this entirely misses the point - our New Year's Eve plans were thrown into disarray and we ended up having to buy cheap takeaway. For New Year's Eve.What's more I asked, twice, for Harris Farms to escallate this and contact us to discuss, and to date they have ignored me.Finally, this isn't the first time it has happened. Harris Farms missed a major part of an order for a Father's Day hamper I purchased. Again, all they did was refund the things that weren't delivered, overlooking, again, that the problem was more than the monetary cost of the goods - they had ruined my plans for a special event. That time I was willing to let it go, as mistakes happen. Twice, however, and my patience has run out.If you're not able to get basic orders right, then stop offering a delivery service. This is unacceptable.

First delivery order just arrived. 4/14 items absent altogether, 4 others arrived with quantities wrong. On top of this, 7 extra line items were supplied which were not requested ( an entire box). There was no phone call to ask about any of this. I then had to call to prove I didn't get the items. Good thing I took photos before unpacking anything.

We've ordered 4 times, every time something has gone wrong (missing items, off produce). Avoid the hassle, they be apologetic but there is no change in reliability.

On Christmas Eve I shopped at HFM Willoughby. I purchase 2 punnets of the expensive strawberries, 2 punnets of blueberries and I punnet of raspberries, When I came to serve them to the family on Christmas day the strawberries were all mouldy, the blueberries and raspberries were soft and mushy. I was upset and very disatisfed. There should be controls in place to make sure that what you are putting on the shelf is suitable for eating without the customer opening each container. I hope that this does not fall on deaf ears. I have never complained online before but this situation was very distressing on Christmas day.

First time ordering from Harris farm and will probably be my last. We ordered the food earlier this week for delivary on a Thursday between 4pm to 7 pm. I get a notification that our delivary will only arrive at @10pm. I called them and asked them deliver the next day. Next day arrives and they only deliver 4 items out of the whole bunch.I called customer service and the reply was oh no sorry sir we cannot deliver today anymore and they were very happy to refund my money with no effort to actually sort out the problem. Make sure you have enough food stored if you are to order from them.
